Thursday Thirteen #6

Today's list is all about Food. Yeah I'm a huge foodie. As much as I love cooking food, I love eating it more. So here are 13 of my favorite foods:
  1. Oxtail - I love oxtail, maybe not as much as my sister but I could definitely eat it every day, especially with some butter beans mixed in.
  2. Curry Goat - I am the deepest curry fiend. Especially with some rice and peas and plantain.
  3. Prawns (shrimp) - I don't really mind how they're cooked. Fried, sauteed in garlic butter or even curried. I just love prawns.
  4. Lamb - I love roast lamb with lots of gravy.
  5. Pork - Could be roast pork, pork chops, bacon, ham, ribs..... I just love pork. I don't think there is anything anyone can say to me to make me stop eating pork. It'll never happen.
  6. Ice Cream - I am addicted to Haagen Dazs Cookies and Cream ice cream. I can eat a whole pint of it in one sitting. That's probably how I put on weight in the first place. LOL
  7. Chocolate - I love chocolate. But only milk chocolate and white chocolate. I can't get down with dark chocolate, it's too bitter for me.
  8. Fried Chicken - But it has to be home made fried chicken. The KFCs over here are just nasty. Chicken is just straight greasy. Besides they don't even have any biscuits and I can't eat KFC without biscuits.
  9. Fruit - I love fruits: strawberries, apples, kiwis, mangoes, watermelon etc.
  10. Cheesecake - I remember when I was pregnant I nagged my mum to make me a cheesecake because I was craving it so much. I could eat it every day and I did for about a month while I was pregnant
  11. Fajitas - I like to buy the kits and make them at home. That way I get to put all sorts of random stuff in them.
  12. Lasagna - I haven't had it in a while but I have been craving some lately. With some home made garlic bread.
  13. Cashew nuts - I spend way too much money on cashew nuts. There's this one particular brand that makes caramelised ones and I just have to have them, whenever I see them.

There's much more but I'll stop now because I'm making myself hungry. You notice there's only one healthy thing in this whole list?

I think u covered just about everything. You'll get into dark chocolate once you have kids and get older. It soothes the soul and nerves.
